Our Bar is open throughout the year at lunchtimes and evenings.

The exceptions are Sunday evenings during the winter months.

Opening hours

  • Monday to Friday 12:00 to 14:30 and 19:00 to 23:00
    Saturday & Sunday (summer) 12:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 23:00
    Sunday (winter) 12:00 to 15:00
  • Our Bar Steward is Tian Sleight and he is assisted by Libby Joyce and Gemma Wall

The Bar is managed through our Bar and Catering Committee, which is chaired by the Rear Commodore, Bar and Catering. The Bar Steward and representatives of the caterers are invited to attend the meetings. The Committee meets monthly and its aims are aims are to:
  • Ensure that the Bar and Catering Facilities are meeting the expectations of the membership
  • Keep prices competitive and profit margins maintained.
  • Review past and forthcoming functions.
  • Provide a forum for recognising the views and aspirations of the bar staff and the Caterer..rs

 

Our brewer is Courage and we have a wide range of beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks on sale at very competitive prices to suit all. During the winter months we have a reciprocal membership agreement with nearly all the other Island yacht clubs so here is an invitation to all of their members to come and sample our wares!
