Here at BHYC we encourage all boaters to make the most of their pursuit, whether it be racing dinghies or cruising under power or sail. We have some of the best waters for sail training around the IOW and as a recognised RYA Training Establishment we seek to develop confidence and competence on the water through a varied programme for all ages and abilities. Our dinghy racing calender, one of the most varied and comprehensive in the Solent, is open to all sailors and we encourage members to get involved either by racing or in support roles, perhaps in a patrol boat, or as race officer.
