Management Committee

Control of the Club is vested in the Management Committee, which consists of the Officers, the Trustees (without voting powers) and up to eight elected members. The current composition of the Management Committee is:

House Committee

 

    

The House Committee is responsible for all matters relating to the Club premises and properties, (except those which are the responsibilty of the Bar Committee) their upkeep and repair, and any additional duties which may be delegated to it by the Management Committee. Its membership consists of a Chairman (Flag Officer), two members appointed by the Management Committee, and up to six co-opted members. In addition, all other sub-committee Chairmen, the Hon. Secretary and the Hon. Treasurer are ex-officio voting members. The current composition of the House Committee is:

Finance Committee

 

    

The Finance Committee examines the Club's accounts, considers the financial implications of any proposed projects or capital expenditure, and submits its recommendations and a quarterly statement of the Club's financial position to the Management Committee. Its membership consists of a Chairman (normally a Flag Officer), two members appointed by the Management Committee, and up to six co-opted members. In addition, all other sub-comittee Chairmen, the Hon. Secretary and the Hon. Treasurer are ex-officio voting members. Its current membership is:
