2025 RYA Week: Day Sailing

RYA Day Sailing: For those wanting to get involved with recreational sailing, this course teaches the adaptivity required to deal with situations when they arise out on the water, and imparts the skills to navigate unknown waters.

It will go into detail of:

1. Rigging
2. Launching
3. Navigation
4. Sailing in different conditions
5. How to act in an emergency

Sailors will learn how to handle a boat in all circumstances and solve problems afloat. This will teach sailors to sail beyond familiar waters and make the right decisions in moderate conditions.
