Winter Workshop: Basic Lifesaving Skills

First aid training refresher workshop. Covering CPR with AED, recovery position, chest pain, head injuries. Discussions around hypothermia and sea sickness, planning in the event of an emergency, location finding and calling for help. This workshop is suitable for every member that goes out on the water as a refresher session.
