Rib Safari to Newtown Creek
Club members had great weather and flat seas on Friday 17th July for a Safari to Newtown Creek. Four ribs cruised at 16knots and took a little over an hour and twenty minutes to arrive in Newtown where there was plenty of wildlife to see. We saw Harbour Seals and Grey Seals, Black Headed Gulls, Great Black-Backed Gulls , Buzzards, Swans on their nests, Little Egrets, Ringed Plovers, Oystercatchers, Terns, Curlews, Grey Herons, Cormorants More »

Rowing Update 2
Progress continues with the arrival of the second of the River Teign rowing boats last Tuesday, along with all the oars, rudders and other gear. Several members have already volunteered to carry out the preparation work needed before they can go in the water, and we are expecting to get the first boat in the water in the very near future.
