Brading Haven Yacht Club Open Day 20th of April 2024

If you have ever wanted to come and look around Brading Haven Yacht Club or you are wondering if you would like to join our club, then do come to our Open Day. Join us for a free taster sailing session, try gig rowing or take a rib ride, meet the BHYC training team and social team, find out more about racing, social sailing, cruising, model yachting and more.

All visitors are welcome and we will have club tours available,you can meet our instructors to find out more about our Royal Yachting Association courses for all age groups.

Enjoy a drink on our waterside terrace, find out about our social events that run throughout the year and stay for lunch or a drink at the bar.We have a large car park opposite the club on Embankment Road, St Helens, Isle of Wight, PO33 1XQ

Open Day will run from 9.30 to 15.00 pm All welcome.

Parking free and all water activities are FREE.

Clothing

If you would like to go on the water sport kits would be best to wear, multiple layers of thin clothing rather than bulky items. Wear trainers with non-slip soles. Leggings & t-shirts designed for running/cycling are suitable and a waterproof light jacket if you have one.
