Burns Night

What a fantastic night it was on Saturday, with 73 Members and guests enjoying a delicious 5 course supper and an evening of live entertainment, with all the atmospheric theatre associated with Burns Night, from a piper to the address to the haggis, songs and music. Enormous thanks to Gordon, for organising and delivering the event, to Andrew for the amazing decorations and Galley support, to the hospitality team for the lovely food, Bar service and sheer hard work, and to Jerry for the superb lighting effects and disco. Not to mention the group of onshore volunteers who helped set up and clear down for the event. Through ticket, Bar and Raffle sales, the evening generated just a few pounds short of £800 nett profit for the Club.
