New Year Sail, Kayak and Row celebrates the arrival of 2024

There was fun, laughter and a great sense of welcoming in the NewYear at BHYC on the 1st of January. We saw all sorts of boats, kayaks and gig rowers from Brading Haven and Bembridge Sailing Club enjoying a race down the harbour around a mark and then heading to the bar. The Gig Rowers ventured out of the harbour and rowed around the fort and we were lucky the weather did hold for the event.

Next year BHYC will be hosting the event with another lunch time start.We thank everyone who helped on the water, shore side and members, families and friends who came down to Bembridge Sailing Club to meet us all.
