RYA Women's Match Racing Event

RYA women's winter match race championship held in Weymouth & Portland Sailing Academy last weekend 17th &18th February. BHYC's own Ruby Sunderland finished 3rd racing against 10 teams. Superb result for her first season in match racing. Ruby said 'It was a lot of fun,we learnt loads and we sailed really well '. Ruby was one of the youngest helms at the event and she won the round robins it was a great event run by RYA' Ruby first learned match racing in Scows from BHYC using the club boat
